As part of Affordable Housing Week 2016, join CCHO for a lunchtime forum:

As the need for affordable housing continues to grow and displacement pressures accelerate, the funding sources for affordable housing are not keeping up. San Francisco has had some recent housing successes in creating a Housing Trust Fund in 2012 and passing an affordable housing bond in 2015, and current efforts are underway to increase the affordable housing (inclusionary) requirements of developers with a June 2016 ballot measure. What are other new and innovative ways for creating permanent streams of affordable housing funding? Co-presented by Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California and SPUR.
