AFFORDABLE HOUSING RESOURCES
Rental Housing in San Francisco:
The DAHLIA portal allows you to browse all City-sponsored rental affordable housing opportunities in SF, including openings managed by the Mayor’s Office of Housing & Community Development (MOHCD) and the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure (OCII). DAHLIA is intended to ultimately be a one-stop shop for non-referral affordable housing. The DAHLIA Portal does not currently list homeownership opportunities, nor rental units managed by HUD, HOPESF, or nonprofits.
Subscribe to SF Housing Alerts to receive regular email alerts about available housing (rentals and ownership) and open waiting lists from MOHCD.
Other SF Housing Resources:
Openhouse has been the only non-profit uniquely committed to serving San Francisco’s lesbian, gay, bisexual transgender and queer (LGBTQ) seniors for more than 20 years.
